We offer a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• Your order does not arrive within 60 days

Please send a clear photo of the product and packaging via WhatsApp or email.

We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Wrong size (please check the size chart before ordering)
• Damage caused after delivery

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method, or we send a free replacement. In most cases you do not need to return the item — you may keep it.
